Roman, 1st – 2nd century AD
Solid cast bronze.
H 8.8 cm

Statuette of Mercury standing in contrapposto position with short chlamys thrown over his shoulders, fixed by a fibula. In his left hand the caduceus (herald's staff), wearing a petasos and winged sandals. Unbroken; right hand missing.
