Ptolemaic, 332 - 30 BC
Greenish faience.
L 4.9 cm H 2.4 cm
Amulet in form of a youth kneeing on a rectangular base with large phallus and shaved head. The outstretched arms rest on the sides of the phallus. Unbroken, small chips on one side.
Provenance
German private collection H. W. (1931-2018), acquired prior to 2000 on the German art market.
Accompanied by an IADAA Interpol search certificate.
