Sekhmet

Light blue and for mane, sistrum and throne partly black glazed composition amulet for Sekhmet.
H 6.1 cm
The lion-headed goddess sits on an openwork throne with a cushion over the backrest. The sides probably show the snake-like god Nehebkau. In her left hand she holds a papyrus sceptre across her waist. Her right hand holds a large sistrum. She wears a tight-fitting garment and a black wig. A loop for suspension at the back of the head. Intact.
