Unguentarium

Roman, 2nd – 3rd Century AD
Translucent blue-green glass.
H 8.2 cm

Free-blown thick-walled ungentarium with short conical body, long cylindrical neck with two wheel-cut grooves at the lower end and broad flattened rim. The base is flat at the edge and slightly concave in the centre. Intact.
