Skyphos

Gnathia, 3rd Century BC
Black-glazed clay, red slip, added white, red and yellow.
H 8,3 cm

Tall skyphos with bunches of grapes hanging from a crimson band on the front side. On the back two rows of horizontal bars and two incised lines. Right handle area recomposed from three small fragments, glaze on back abraded in one place.
